Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: What is the easiest way to locate a tag?

A1: The easiest way to locate a specific tag is to search by the student's school R2D2 number. All tags are searchable by the student's school R2D2 number, their first name, their art teacher's last name, and by the name of their school.

Q2: Why can't I find my child's artwork?

A2: Not all Kids Tag Art is available for purchase. Submitted artwork must have been accompanied by a signed parental permission form to be available for purchase. If you have any questions about artwork, please contact the student’s art teacher.

Q3: What does it mean that "ordered tags will have sponsor logos printed at the bottom?"

A3: To increase the amount of money raised to support art education in Pinellas, Kids Tag Art Pinellas Community Partner Sponsorships are available. As part of the benefits of being the Platinum Sponsor, that business' logo is featured on all printed tags. Below is a sample of how logos will appear at the bottom of ordered tags.

Q4: How long will it take to receive my tag after I order it?

A4: To keep printing costs to a minimum and to ensure that the price of Kids Tag Art Pinellas tags is reasonable, tag orders are fulfilled once a month. Tag orders are submitted to the printer on the first business day of the month following the month in which the order was placed. For example, if an order is placed on December 15th, orders will be submitted to the printer on the first business day in January. Once the printer receives the previous month's tag orders, they will print and ship tag orders. Tags take approximately three (3) weeks to print. Due to varying destinations, shipping times cannot be estimated.
